Enormous trucks rumble through our hometown in north Ghana, laden with goods bound for faraway places. With loads the size of a house, tied down with webbing straps, they ply the route from the port in Accra to the countries of Burkina Faso, Niger and Mali.
All fabric has passed the flammability ‘cigarette test’ (BS5852:Part 1:1979:Source 0).
